$25 to $30 USD is a cheap and simple introduction to airbrushing. If your use is a couple times a year and doesn't require any fine control this is as good as any other airbrush in this price range.
Starting with a basic "real" airbrush and not lucking into a deal will set you back a couple hundred for brush, compressor, dryer, necessary adapters, and regulator. All of which will end up in a landfill (or be someone else's "lucky deal.") if you don't battle the learning curve and/or find that it is not really a miracle tool.
