Yep, it was suggested over at the Cardboard Warriors forum, so it will be released there first. I've been working on the Who vehicles project there and at the CutandFold.info forum, so it will be there second, and then I'll make it available here.
I like 'sets', so it won't be released anywhere except CW until I have a third Doctor Who vehicle, probably the Edsel. In my mind, I think I have a solution to the problem areas, but with getting Bessie finalized and getting the Edsel together, I have no idea when it will be
EDIT -- incidentally, the total build time on this was about four hours and that was not all at one time. When I turn the printed lanterns and horn into printed on, that will simplify things, too. So it shouldn't be a long build
