Epson and Cannon both now have new printers with refillable ink tanks built into them. They do feed from the rear. I don't know how well they work with heavier cardstock as I have not yet taken cardstock to the store to test them on. The sales people said sure they will give it a try in the store but they can only do the test that is part of the printer, they can't try it on my graphics.
Recently I tried feedingg some 110lb cardstock in my Canon TS5020 printer and it went through and printed on it without trouble, it too feeds from the rear. But I have not done any extensive tests printing onto cardstock with it.
