Frames thickness

Hello friends.

I'm trying to make a model on my own. That is the E25, in 1:25 scale. I found the simplest model to try and do in paper model.

But my problem is to calculate the frames that support the model.
Well, I have the template in sketchup and it's ready for the unfold, but I want to make the frames. I know that frame follows the contour of the model.
But how do I calculate the joints between the frames. I'll send the drawing as I understand it.
I made the outside of the tank (sheet of 0,2mm), then got the sheet thatglue over the frame (0,1mm) and the frame with 1,5mm (it's the cardboard that I in have in home, I'll reuse).
Thus, the joints would have a depth of 1.6 mm, considering only the sheet of 0,1 mm or 1,8 mm, considering the sum of 0,1 plus 0,2? This is my problem Because the sheet of 0.2 mm when surrounds the frame I have already made, using the same frame (1,5mm) I know that the strip on the frame must have 1,9, since I count 0.2 mm on each side.

Thanks for the help friends
