I think you have a real tough one on your hands.
First Price - Maybe someone here has the kit still and they can send you a copy of the two missing parts. You can then reconstruct these from appropriate cardboard.
Otherwise, you need to look on the net from time to time where people have blogs were they are building this clock. You could then ask them for the part copies. Some are looking for instructions so you could help them out as well.
