On Sunday night, SpaceX static-fired its finalized "flight ready" Raptor engine in McGregor, Texas. The Raptor is meant ultimately for its BFR / Starship, and the engine tested here was a "middle model" between its vacuum-optimized and seal-level-optimized versions.
