Doug - no, no delamination at all.

My guess is delamination may occur due to paper quality (as opposed to thickness) - unless the parts are tiny and the paper very very thick.

I also spray all my models with varnish prior to cutting out and assembly, and I am sure that the varnish really helps. Whether the print method also makes a difference I am uncertain, but it could - commercial models are generally litho, and nowadays also increasingly laser printed, and even with paper that is extremely thick, I have not had delamination.

The paper thickness of the Millimodel is similar to Micromodels - 160grm (about 40lb bond/ledger), which is not really that thick.

Incidentally Doug, models I have printed are always laser printed as well, and again here no delamination.
