I've been looking for your IL-76, Kevin. No joy so far. The closest I have come is the Arcus-Air (Germany, now defunct) bird with a plain tail and a similar, if not identical cheat line.

Reem Air (Kyrgyzstan, now defunct) similar

Haven't been able to find one with a disk on the tail in that location.
Uzbekistan Airways flew Il-76s with a disk on the vertical stabilizer, but too big, and the wrong livery.
Uzbekistan Airways is selling its IL-76 aircrafts - Tashkent Times Was originally called "Samarkand Airways," which I thought was a wonderful romantic name for an airline - "The golden road to Samarkand . . ."
Hope someone can come up with the answer.
