I have that issue with PDFs done on PS6. Cleaning recycle can and restarting outer usually helps, sometimes it turns out I saved large size PDF in wrong location by mistake. Moving it all es issue. I bigger problem is PS6 slowing down for no reason at all at random times. Very frustrating...
