I am just trying Aleene's for the first time, Been using it for about a week now. All I have ever used is Elmer's school glue. Here are my first thoughts.
* Much thicker than Elmer's
* Short open time, about 20 min. after that it gets REAL thick but still usable.
* Holds parts together very well and quickly.
I purchased mine at Hobby Lobby, a 4oz bottle was $3.99 USD. Purple bottle, says "Fast Grab tacky glue"
I would say that this will become my everyday glue. I have a small arsenal of glue, elmers, Aleene's, super glue gel, and Elmers glue stick.
