12 – Shelter Deck

Leaving the bow for now, it is time to begin work on the shelter deck.
I created a series of frames by laminating and doubling card stock.
Connecticut was equipped with 20 three-inch rapid fire guns. Six of them are located inside the shelter deck; three on each side. There are seven parts (paper) in each gun. The final images show them installed into each side. Those sides were then installed onto the shelter deck. Everything fit fine.
