She was built as an LST 542? class and converted to a minelayer by the German Navy.
I remembered it as being published by "Coastal Forces from Paper" but a quick look at their site showed that it is not listed. Turns out the kit is published by Hans-Joachim Krueger and seems to be still available:

It would need some re-work to convert back to an LST. Is this the type of ship/model being looked for?
