I just got a copy of this, and plan to simplify it and make it really small -- HO scale. It'll lose a
lot of detail that way, but that's the scale I like...
Anyway, I just thought I'd point out the "Jerry cans" included with the kit are not 1925 vintage. Apparently they were invented in 1937 in Germany. Gas cans of 1925 looked more like what we'd think of as old-fashioned milk cans, but with ribbing along the cylinders.
