Video production is a big effort...I'd love to know more about how some people get it done.
I think many pay others to edit and produce their videos, since they monetize their channels.
But attempting to document an entire build would be a task even bigger than the build itself!
I know that from doing my own Build Threads.
I take hundreds of photos that require sorting and editing.
And unless its the exact model you are building, it may not have the info you require.
I guess a similar type of model might be helpful, but the other issue is personal technique.
No matter what you see and hear, you will still have to establish your own technique.
And that comes from time and experience.
Start with a simple kit...and work your way up to a better/harder kit.

Its too bad "build threads" weren't sorted into one group.
Idiots (like me) went and posted their build threads in their own channel, and not in the "Builds" section!
Maybe someone can make a list of all build threads?
That would be cool.
