The AE-424 belonged to the BAC601 (601 combat air battalion) based in Campo de Mayo.
9 UH-1H were sent to the Malvinas in April 1982, carried out support missions, transportation of men and material, rescue, observation etc.
Caught on June 14 was re-registered, then sold to the company Grampian Helicopters, late 80's was enrolled in Australia and later ended in Papua New Guinea. He made a nice tour of the AE-424 .
