There's a 1:500 scale version at The Lower Hudson Valley Paper Model E-Gift Shop (The Lower Hudson Valley Paper Model E-Gift Shop - Photo Gallery - Apollo Spacecraft). This is a bit smaller than you're looking for, but maybe you could print it 2x size?


Or you could print Ton's 1:96 version at 1/2 size or smaller. The lander might be harder to build, but the rocket should be manageable at 50%. I was able to build the first stage at 30% a few years ago.


And then there's the Paper Replika version, should be about 15" tall at 1:300: Saturn V Rocket and Launch Pad Paper Model
