Nice model - neatly made!
On some of my unstable figures I push a piece of wire up through the foot and leg - on this one I'd use the left leg. Once it gets far enough inside I push the wire through the base and make a flat spiral. I "sandwich" the spiral between the base and another piece of card.
Once the cards are dry it's just a matter of bending the figure to bend the wire to the position I want.
