My bad.
In the list on the left of the Fiddler's main page is a link "Main9 16 2017" Almost to the bottom of that page is a box titled "Cardmodel Design Tutorials." That box has a link "Designing without CAD" which is to a zipped PDF document (Right click, "Save Link As") - that document has the Little Boy design example. I hope this is not a dupe of someone else's efforts and is of some help.
