Matt, good to see something from you again. Living in the Southwest, mold has never been much of a problem; but as a suggestion maybe a clearcoat like Krylon on both sides of the paper to help seal it. Also recently discovered at Ace Hardware a spray shellac that I'm starting to experiment with.
