Very nice start. As for the wheel nuts, maybe you can find a rotory leather punch. You could try incerting the tip of the T4 into the tip of one of the larger punch tubes. Then using a small hand vice, reshape the tip of the cutting tube to the shape of the tip of the T4. The paper punched nuts will probably not fall out of the tube, but you could use the T4 to push the stack of paper nuts back up the tube and dump them out. Be advised, I have NOT tried this. It was just an idea that came to my somewhat warped brain, while reading about your problem.
