At the beginning, the frames are reinforced with inserts, something like underlining in ships. As for beer cardboard, I recommend a better gray one. I had to replace it with a gray one because the inserts were bending due to stress. Reinforced with CA glue and primed and polished.
I also started to cut out small nuggets like cabinets and stiffening the carbon box. The time will come for the veneer, let the skeleton rest, which would eliminate the collapse of the inserts.
