Where will the ice house fit at Scots' Landing? I am unable to locate it (although I am sure I will see it immediately once you say where it is).
I have been moving rolling stock around Scots' Landing in my mind and, the more I do, the more I think that there is a passing resemblance to John Allan's Time Saver with a turning wye and a couple of extra spurs. Nearly 50 years ago, when I was stationed at the Presidio of Monterey, I worked the Andrews Branch of the G&D. After the operating sessions, we would sit in John's kitchen, drinking coffee and working switching problems on the Time Saver.
