I'm glad you managed to build so much that you are already at the stage of decorating the stern :-)
All decorations on this scale are very small, so it may be easier to make them from a material other than paper and paint them yourself. But it has been assumed that a paper kit should contain all the parts necessary to build a model, even those that are difficult to make from paper and do not look good. Therefore, the decorative fish you are asking for are somehow designed. I say "somehow" because this is an example of a part that is easier to build with your own method, not from paper.
The plan is that a tiny piece of cardboard with a thickness of 1 mm should be covered on three sides with the remaining colored parts. The "spine" of the fish can be slightly rounded so that the sculpture is not too angular. The entire part should be glued to the bottom of part 107.
