One thing I didn't do when I test built the model, was edge colouring
...and it shows in my photos! lol
The flash really catches the paper edges, doesn't it?!
While larger scale can make some assembly a bit easier,
smaller scale helps hide certain imperfections.
If you are going to use the Drag Strip base, maybe try 50% build and see how it goes.
Otherwise you'll have to print the base in multiple sections?
