Last Sundays cook, spatchcock chicken.
1/2 cilantro lime seasoned
1/2 savory herb

45 min smoke, extra smoke via A-Maze-N smoke maze pellet smoker.
Cooked to IT of 160 on the breast.
Turned out great!
