Hi all

having a bit of free time (once time...) I have completed the closing of lateral parts of the upper part of the hull of the Brooklyn.

I'm quite satisfied about the result, but I have found a 2 mm "gap" in closing the stern.. the total length of the sum of the pieces of the lateral sides was about 1 mm shorter than the length of the waterline and the upper deck.

So I had to compensate the gap by filling white glue + a thin strip of white paper.

Here a couple of pics showing the actual status of the hull

P.S.
the hull ironclad belts at middle-ship and along the waterline are not yet glued...

Happy paper-modeling to everybody

ciao

Jp
