Thanks rifleman.

Moving onto the floor and cabs.

in the intro yesterday I forgot to mention that this loco is going to be part of I diorama with answer's A111 passenger coach and the ADW culvert bridge.

also, I am putting in led lights to the loco and on to the coach.

the base of the loco body.

the side skins with windows and vents cut out with the adapted skeleton pieces

inside and outside of the cab backs.

working out the internal formers to make an interior

building up the cab floors.

I have made the side walls 3 mm thick instead of the 2mm to give strength and all to give depth to the vents. the bottom side is showing the outside face and the top the inside. I plan to fix grey card over the vent opening on the inside and fix some laser cut black mesh to the outside of the openings. at the top, you can see the skins fixed on the outer layer of the skeleton card.

building up the cab control console.

scratch building the sandboxes.

and some bulkhead electric boxes two for the A cab and one for the B cab.

i had to extend the sandboxes and some scratch heaters one behind the driver's seat and the others to go one to the side and one in the footwell.

cut out the footwells to the consoles.

console exsererys.

building up the console.

both ends done and hand brake wheels added to the back blukeheads.

first, answer gremlin only two seats when four are needed. luckily I had brought their ET22 but did not like it be for I got the EU07. so I used the seats from the ET22.

cutting out the outer stone guard from 0.8mm black laser-cut square mesh.

then glued to the back of the skins.

that's it for now.
