The 1/144 scale would go with some of Bandai's plastic models & there are various injection molded and 3D printed figures in that scale.
I don't know what is available in paper airliners but 1/144 is the common airliner plastic model scale which makes it easy to put an airliner, and even a few ship or submarine models in that scale alongside the blockade runner so people can get a sense of its size.
