Exclamation Belly pan

The actual Skyhawk had complete assemble wing that was then mated to the fuselage which during assembly was lowered onto the wing assembly. There is no left or right wing, it is one assembly.

Yoave decided to have the wings separated to left and right, then mated to the framing spars and finally, add a belly pan or covering. The outcome for the model is the same regardless of the process of getting there.

So for this model, here is the belly pan location

the pan itself

and glued on.
