Some people just don't have the resources, and with paper, its necessary to do it yourself. We release models in certain scales, but the truth is that there have to be some variations in printers, programs, etc. that cause at least minor scale differences, and as a result, make buying standard bussards from someone impractical. Not to mention, so many of the models use their own shaped bussard collectors.
