i use a jewellers piering saw at work to make clock hands and trained as a jeweller so used one to cut out formers the top was fine but the underside was quite ragged as the blades cut on the downward stroke. but some masking tape on the back and the finest blades you can get 4/0 or finer 6/0. sorry no picks.
