These are the CAD 3D files. I am not sure what they contain but usually they are fairly detailed. I have used CAD files to build complex machines and various ship cabins and modifications. With Autocad they are based on dimensions. I have not made any paper templates from a CAD drawing yet but that is next on my learning curve. This 3d model can be used in various projects and presentations, for making a scale model of a copy, for printing on a 3d printer (preparation for 3d printing is carried out by the buyer). You can edit with such programs as: Rhinoceros 3D, Cinema 4D, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Maya, 3D Studio Max, etc. Hope this helps.
