I have converted a J21A to a J21R in plastic. It was no too complicated.


The fuselage after the cockpit and above the wing needs to be designed, but anyone knowledgeable and has the software to develop the parts can do it. The inlets are not too complicated either.

As to the vertical fins, it is a small modification in the side view and also, the horizontal fin and elevator are now on top of the vertical fins and that too is minor.

As to the fuel tip tanks, I would use the ones that Yoav designed for his Tzukit ( Fouga magister ) since other than the paint job are very similar.


So bottom line, it is very doable by those possessing the skills in paper.


Since I am mostly a builder and a technical advisor, I am not the one to design or modify.
