Cotton swabs perform many modeling tasks. This 99 Cent Store bag of swabs has hollow plastic shaft/tubes. The cotton ends may easily be removed by scraping with your X-acto blade.

Attach the reinforced engine disc onto a swab tube.
Using straight wire, anchor the Propeller at one end, shove the wire through the swab tube and attach a cardboard disk to the wire.
