I finished a quick but very pleasant project to build, it is the Ansaldo AC-2, a copy produced under license by the Italians of the impressive Dewoitine D1, a French fighter designed by Emile Dewoitine in 1920 being innovative for the time by mixing a duralumin fuselage and fabric-covered wing, in addition to being a parasol monoplane at a time when biplane planes still reigned supreme. The D1 Series generated many derivatives with different engines and wings being used by many countries between the 20's and 30's. Wonderful model designed by my friend Leito de la Rosa in 1/72 scale, but as usual I reduced to 1/100 scale . The D1 series is one of my favorites.
