Hey…. Thanks, all! My wife and I went to Wales, where I recorded three songs for a project known as The Narrowboat Sessions. We recorded on his canal boat docked at the Marina in Chirk. It is an initiative aimed at raising money for cancer research, and the guy behind it is a classically trained pianist who also served in the Royal Navy. Boy, he had some stories….
The “big” news is, though, my wife and I came home and tested positive for COVID yesterday. She started feeling symptoms on Thursday and my symptoms arrived on Friday. We’re both vaxxed and boosted, so the symptoms have just been that of a bad cold or mild flu so far. Nothing serious, except I’ve got aches in places in my body I never knew existed.
