Miles, it is only down temporarily for revising the posting, it will be back up in the next day or so, it won't be free and it will be pimped on social media, there is absolutely no incentive for me to post it for free, that was made clear, it was inadvertantly posted anyway, that's just one reason that it was INSTANTLY taken down.

Simply a matter of, "miscommunication" between multiple parties but we've got it all straightened out now, your patience is greatly appreciated.
