Well my friends after some time we showed again the work in the Dewoitine D1 series, in the photographs some aspects of the double construction. To speed up the construction I like to prepare all the smaller pieces together and then build wings and fuselage and then put them all together. As the construction of the model in relation to the wing and fuselage junction was simple, I chose to use a hot-cut styrofoam cylinder as a construction jig. Some very small details were built with table loupes and finally small touches were done with acrylic paint and PVA.
