Other photos are of a couple of criminally neglected GAF Canberras out in the open here in Willowbank, Queensland. One (A84-238) is displayed on pylons near the entrance of all things a caravan park; with the other(A84-248- the last Canberra built by GAF) is laying in a field nearby.
Both entered service in 1958 and are decaying and vandalised. But what really is disgraceful is a), the fact both served in Vietnam with RAAF 2 Sqn (attached to the USAF 35th TFW) between 1967 and 1971 and B), their close proximity to RAAF Amberley.
