I still like the glossy finish of brochure paper.
But my normal favorite glue (Aleene's tacky glue) would sometimes fail to hold.
I had good luck with Scotch Quick Dry adhesive, held much stronger. The tube lasted since about 2005. Time to buy more.
Scotch has since discontinued the product. And then re-released it under a new name. A very similar name to the replacement product... it is all somewhat confusing.
Here is what seems to be very close to what I remember: "permanent tacky glue"
