There is a bar /pub in Anchorage that has a similar shaped horn. This one you blow into it. Called a Ptarmigan Call.
It is a prank. If you blow into it, you get a face full of talcum powder. A sticky "Don't" on it would be fun to watch....
That bar has other things to catch the unwary: bathroom doors are marked backwards, meaning if you see a hand push pad, that is the side the hinges are on. You must push the other side to open the swinging door. Lots of fun after you've had a few. As a local it is very entertaining! In 1997 Playboy Magazine rated it the number 1 bar in the USA.
