There are so many papers out there, it is difficult to weed out what you need.
I haven't tried a very glossy paper in a long time. The only thing I can suggest is to try a bunch out.
Some recommended papers for art printing include Hahnemuhle Fine Art Pearl 285gsm, Epson Metallic Glossy 257gsm, and Epson Premium Glossy 252gsm. "It doesn't get any glossier than this".
I am willing to bet that the Epson papers are impossible to glue anything to.
You can get samples or sample packages from many paper distributors/manufacturers.
