Best high quality paper-varnish combination...

Hello everyone!
Years ago I started a project to build a digitally recolored Coronelli celestial globe. Later, I almost abandoned the project because I considered it too long, almost endless...
Now, I decided to reset everything and proceed to the end.
The globe will be 45-50 cm in diameter.
Unlike other previous projects, I would like to avoid using photo paper because of gluing problems. In fact, only using cyanoacrylate glue will result in fast gluing. But the use of cyanoacrylate glue is, as you well know, quite problematic.
There has recently been a discussion on this topic in this forum, but I would like to have some suggestions from you on which high quality paper (about 300g/m2)-varnish (protective and glossy or semi-glossy) combination to adopt for a high quality final result.
Thank you very much for your help.

Ciao!
