I have. However, it is not what the advertisement offers! The principle works, but the blade is not sharp enough (it comes in some packages with three points), on thin papers it tears and wrinkles the paper and on thick ones it does not cut. I had the blades sharpened there for some types of curved cuts it works, but in general for large pieces. So it really is false advertising.
