That is not entirely true.
Even on a single personal account system admin account gives an additional protection from the Internet stuff.
I bet you can set up your system to auto login at startup, don’t suppose M$ is so limited.
After all how many changes one can do to the settings that would require admin’s password, unless one is a type never satisfied spending days tweaking.
