@ Isaac – I find the petals adequate on the missile noses. On the large tank noses, the solution is not to my taste, either, as indicated in a previous post. Regarding the number of missiles, the lack of extensive aerial combat in recent years is surely fortunate but cannot be taken for granted! I guess that the last major aerial combat occurred in 1982, over the Bekaa valley. Who knows what lies ahead. Better be armed to face a bad future, while hoping that it will never materialize…

Todays pictures show some disparate details that should be self-explanatory: main gear doors, some work on the cockpit and nose.
