P 51 part VIII

And so we have it. All in all it takes a little les than 28 hours during
a week or so (excluding those three months when I didn't do anything
on this kit).
Not that bad imho.
Some errors of course but mostly due to the paper thickness.
And even a real weathering - I bring it to company to show off a bit
and of course on this day it have to snow.
The first snow so early in the year.
Thanx, despite my effort to protect it, the model get some.
Fortunately not much but the camouflage already dissolve in the
contacted area.

On the last pictures the P 51 is accompanied with some expetionally
long term project.
As far as I remember it start in 2001, and with pretty slim chances
for finish.
The scracth built Fw 190 D9, with one single aim - to make the best
Dora.
Pretty modest I know.
Some 1100 parts total in 1:33 scale.
If Youre interested I could post som pictures of it.
