OK all i am just about ready to make this available for down load. i have made several changes to the model itself
1.) got rid of the individual cap sections for the main hull and set it up to be more of an internal grid formers on the inside. so that should eliminate any of the fit errors that Vipers7 ran into. 2.) colored all the white spaces so they wouldn't be as noticeable when assembled. 3.) altered the layout a few of the parts to make it a bit easier to assemble. 4.) put together basic picture instructions for parts assembly and placement. it all comes together as an 18+ meg file. so i need a little help from an admin to get it posted to the downloads section. |

Many thanks Wulf111 and all others for the compliments!
And also thanks for making this model availabel for download. Hope this thread serves as a motivation to build your model...it is great! So the "auxiliary engines" (if that's what they are) are coming online... Hangar deck is coming online.... Warp engines coming online .... |

Great job on those engines. just one flaw i see, the main engines should be moved a little further forward so the back edge is flush with the back of the wing. i know it doesnt show it properly in the PDO they should just cover up the shadow section on the wing.

I compared the model with the photos on the net and came up with this placement, using the engine tip and the shadowed areas for orientation. Although the placement is not 100% correct, the glue is already dry unfortunately. Maybe it would be an idea to have in remark in the manual? Again: thanks a lot for the correction |

.... ah there it is ...the decloaking button...
So here is the finished model.... Jokes apart and very seriously: I would like to thank Wulf111 for the design and and excellent support: You have done great! And your dared mighty things here (where did I hear this quote?) Also a big thank for you all supporting and motivating with all the compliments and constructive critics: I learned a lot (that's what it's all about, isn't it ) If you think the model looks great: that's because of Wullf111's design. (the errors and mistakes are my responsibility) |
