It seems it would be a very shallow skeleton ?

Why not make it as layered card ?

And another update today. I have created more skeleton parts:

Upper part of wing skeleton - reminds me of swiss cheese

nosports - it will be too heavy, and this "skeleton" system has more advanteges than disadvanteges than layered card.

Stay tuned..

I'm such a big Batman fan...and I'm really loving this Batwing!
And I can't wait to give this one a try!

Most of all I am really enjoying the design process.
It is awesome to see this type of subject dealt with this way.
Traditional paper model design of a modern subject matter...great!!

To be honest I am not a fan of the current trend of breaking into
video game files, stealing the meshes and textures, and then using
a program like Pepakura to turn that into a "paper model".
Whether its Tanks or Star Wars characters, cutting up someone elses
artwork and adding some glue tabs, is not paper model design.

Top marks for designing this properly, from scratch in this way.

it looks like I am on "designing spree" another parts of skeleton have been completed. These parts are the main hull of the back part.

Hope you like it. Comments & critics are welcome!
