My Falcon (second attempt) Wip

These are some images from my second attempt at this model.

First time round the central box developed a twist in it, which made the rest of the project tricky.

So after two years I decided I wanted to give it another go, but this time take it to the next level.

Printing out additional copies of the parts i have been gribbling like mad to raise the surface detail. Guess I could have helped my self by up-scaling to A3. but where's the fun in that?

feedback would be awesome.

Stunning work there. The greeblies add so much!
Falcon is my second favorite spaceship (after the 1999 Eagle).
Just beautiful work.

thanks Jagolden.

my favourite ships are (in order)

1: The TARDIS... (not for how she looks but because she is the most powerful ship ever) but boy does she make for DULL paper crafts :(
2: The Gunstar. beauty and function (it is actually built for space)
3: Starfury. close cousin of the Gunstar love it
3: Serenity
5: The Falcon :D
6: Viper Mk II
7: B-Wing
8: Eagle transporter (crew module)
9: The Odyssey (Ulysses 31)
10: The Space Shuttle... now retired, sadly lost two of them, but still was prety bad ass despite it's design failings. on top of that, and unlike the rest of the list... is a REAL ship :D

Very nicely done. There are certain models that call for extra effort. Your extra effort is really paying off.

Nice looking falcon you have..
How did you do those panels..
I did raise some panels to on my falcon..
and mixed 2 falcons to get the best from those 2
But you have more detail on it :-)
